During our tour to Black Forest Open Museum, we were brought here for buff lunch. It started with a glass of white wine. We were little sceptical about getting veg food. We were pleasantly surprised to get enough good veg food including veg salad. The highlight was their specialty Black Forest Cake. It was absolutely great. Keep it up…

I didn't think you could eat so well at the entrance to a tourist attraction. I was wrong. The food was excellent. Fresh and sauteed perfectly. The staff were nice and helpful. They had no problem with our wet dog. If I lived in the area, this place would be one of my favorites.

The restaurant is nestled among the dense plantation with a beautiful river stream along it! The ambience is extremely pleasant and beautiful! We dropped by here for a dinner, they did not have much options on the menu for vegetarian. But, they were extremely welcoming and cooperative, they actually made us some good vegetarian dishes. The desserts are amazing!

I fell in love with this place! We only went here for the Black Forest Cake as a local recommended this restaurant. We would definitely go back to try their lunch menu. I love that the service was fast, the servers were friendly and they even provided coloring materials for our two kids.

The food was really delicious, my only note is that the risotto was a bit undercooked but its flavors really compensated for this .. the black forest cake was super

Very comfy place to have dinner and dessert after visiting the open air museum. The Black Forest cake is very yummy. We ordered whole trout fish and it’s very good at 23 euro. Free Carpark if you are electric car or disabled. 4 euro per day for the rest of the cars. Many good cakes to choose from too.

Good service and great food in a remarkable location. On top of today‘s lunch, we also bought some cakes to go which were delicious, as well. Strong recommendation, this was definitely not our last visit.
